Can I order a slab and have it cut?

We don't have a cutting service wherein you purchase a whole slab and we'll cut them into steaks for you. Instead we've made it simpler. You can purchase the steaks already cut and vacuum packaged already without worrying about the cost of electricity, labor, the cutting loss, etc. This way, you'll only pay for the output weight and you don't get those end cuts.

So if you'd like to order cut slices, opt for our steak products! 🥩

We can even customize the thickness of your steak for you with 2 days lead time (only through manual orders via Viber/Call/Text/Email)!

Delivery Options

The order will be considered for redelivery (delivery fee charged to customer) for the following reasons:

  1. Wrong Name and Address provided by customer.
  2. Change of Name and Address less than 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery or after delivery attempt.
  3. No one is at the delivery address to receive the package.
  4. More than 30 minutes wait at the delivery address before receiving the package.

Outside Metro Manila 

For outside Metro Manila shipping, please contact us at sales@primebeef.com.ph so we can give you a quotation for your location. Outside Metro Manila shipping takes 7 to 12 working days (if available with our couriers).

 

Return Policy

Frozen/Wet Goods:

At Primebeef Co., ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. 

You can request a return within seven (7) calendar days for damaged products, wrong deliveries, or missing/incomplete items. Simply ensure the items are in their original packaging with clear sticker weight, in frozen condition with no signs of thawing, and send photos of each item for a smooth return process.

Once your items are picked up (available within Metro Manila only), our team will conduct testing or evaluation along with the original receipt. You'll receive a notification within 2-3 working days to inform you of the refund status. 

Refunds are only processed through local bank accounts typically taking 5-7 working days and requiring details like Bank, Account Name, Account No., and Branch of Account.

Merchandise and Dry Goods: 

You can request a return within seven (7) calendar days for damaged or defective products, wrong deliveries, or missing/incomplete items. Simply ensure the items are in their original packaging and send photos of each item for a smooth return process.

Once your items are picked up (available within Metro Manila only), our team will conduct testing or evaluation along with the original receipt. You'll receive a notification within 2-3 working days to inform you of the refund status.

Other Returns:

If you have other concerns not indicated above, please reach out to us at sales@primebeef.com.ph within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

When you email us, kindly use your name and order number as the subject (e.g., Juan Dela Cruz - Order No. 11824). Our dedicated team will respond to you within 2 working days to provide updates on your order status.

Canceling Orders:

Notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date qualifies you for a credit memo, which has no expiration date. However, if the notice is less than 24 hours, the credit memo covers the products only, excluding the delivery fee.

We reserve the right to limit all replacements or refunds.

Gift Certificates

You may use your gift certificates for pick up, delivery, website, in store transactions. Customers must surrender the signed and validated gift certificate upon purchase.

For deliveries, we can only arrange this for our cluster area schedule so we may pick up the gift certificate with at least 2 days notice.

For website orders, let our team know that you'd like to order through the website and we'll provide a unique code you can use on the website. Don't forget to surrender the gift certificates upon pick up/delivery!

Gift certificates have no expiration but once used, if there is a remaining balance, this is not transferrable to another account.

If there is a balance that needs to be settled after the gift certificate amount is deducted, this may be settled through bank deposit, Gcash or credit/debit card.

Primebeef Co. reserves the right to refuse gift certificates

  • When the gift certificate is lost
  • When the gift certificate is mutilated or defaced and such damage prevents us from identifying the security and authenticity features

Pick Up Details

Our address is 155 Kamias Road Extension, Meating Place Building Quezon City.

 

Here's how to get to Primebeef Co.: Northbound EDSA, turn right on Kamias Road (by Mercury Drug Store). Crossing Anonas Avenue will lead you to Kamias Extension. Primebeef Co. is near Clean Fuel, on the left. If you're coming from Anonas Ave., turn right at Kamias Extension (before Patient First). The building has a MEATING PLACE signage and is full of glass for easier reference.

How does regional delivery work?

Browse through the available meats and select the cuts or types you’d like to order.

2 Add items to cart

Click on the desired meats to add them to your online shopping cart. Review the items in your cart to ensure you’ve selected the correct quantities and types of meat.

3 Proceed to check out

Click on the cart icon and proceed to the checkout page. Enter the necessary delivery information, including your address, contact number, and any specific delivery instructions.

4 Wait for order confirmation

Confirm your order and check for a confirmation email with the order details.

5 Make payment

Complete the payment securely using the available payment options.

6 Wait for your order

If available, use our tracking system to monitor the status of your order until it reaches your location.
