STEAK FRITES
Steak, potatoes and herbed butter, oh my!

2 PIECES | AGED ANGUS T-BONE STEAK, CHOICE GRADE |
- | OR AGED ANGUS T-BONE STEAK, PRIME GRADE |
300 G | Potato Fries |
60 G | Herbed Butter |
2 PIECES | Garlic cloves |
1 TWIG | Rosemary Herb |
STEPS
1 | On a medium pan, heat up butter and brown your well seasoned T-bone steak on high heat. |
2 | Add in the crushed garlic clove and rosemary herb on the pan. |
3 | Baste your steak cut in herbed butter and cook until you have reached your desired doneness. |
1 | Serve with fries and finish off with herbed butter on top. |
