Steak, potatoes and herbed butter, oh my!

DIFFICULTY BEGINNER
GOOD FOR 2 PEOPLE
2 PIECES AGED ANGUS T-BONE STEAK, CHOICE GRADE
- OR AGED ANGUS T-BONE STEAK, PRIME GRADE
300 G Potato Fries
60 G Herbed Butter
2 PIECES Garlic cloves
1 TWIG Rosemary Herb

STEPS

1 On a medium pan, heat up butter and brown your well seasoned T-bone steak on high heat.
2 Add in the crushed garlic clove and rosemary herb on the pan.
3 Baste your steak cut in herbed butter and cook until you have reached your desired doneness.
1 Serve with fries and finish off with herbed butter on top.
