Our packaging

Our meats are packaged by sucking out all the air and vacuum sealed in airtight food grade plastic. This helps preserve the freshness and flavor so that you can thaw them without worrying about compromising the quality. This method also retains a long shelf life so you can keep your meats for a long time without worrying them going bad as long as the temperature is maintained.

This may cause the meat to look dark red in its packaging and you’ll notice that after opening it and being exposed to air, oxidation occurs. The beef will begin to turn into a brighter red as oxygen returns to the meat after being kept out of contact with air. So next time you’re worrying about the beef looking dark red when you receive it, rest assured it’s just due to taking out the air in the vacuum sealing process so the freshness and quality stay intact.
